DELIVERY – Every endeavor will be made to maintain delivery dates but no responsibility for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control will be accepted. In no case shall delay be a ground for rejecting goods or terminating a contract. Deliveries are business to business only, under no circumstances will ANY domestic deliveries be undertaken. Deliveries are door to door only. All goods are inspected prior to dispatch.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN – In no circumstances may goods correctly supplied against a firm order be returned without the purchaser having first applied for and obtained the written consent of the Company.
CLAIMS – . Claims for damage should be notified in writing to the Company within 5 working days of receipt of goods, no liability will be accepted by the Company beyond that time frame.
Damaged goods must be returned in original packaging.
PAYMENT – PROFORMA, CASH/CHEQUE ON DELIVERY OR COMPANY CREDIT CARD, 30 DAY CREDIT ACCOUNT AVAILABLE ON APPROVAL
Cheques returned or represented by our bank will incur an administration charge of £50 per cheque per representation. |
